While everyone was still opening the doors to the 2023 Advent calendar last December, our team was already busy creating an even more spectacular PURELEI jewelry Advent calendar for 2024. In this post you can take a look behind the scenes.

Why should I shop the PURELEI jewelry advent calendar?

24 + 1 doors: Firstly, this year's Advent calendar has not 24, but 25 doors! We are adding an additional door with another decorative surprise because Christmas in Hawaii is celebrated on December 25th. Behind every door there is a waterproof piece of jewelry waiting for you, designed to accompany you on any occasion all year round.

Gold and silver mixed: Many of you have asked for an Advent calendar with a color mix of gold and silver jewelry - and your wish is our command! Since this color combination was so well received in the pre-sale in May and we have received many inquiries since then, we have pulled out all the stops to offer this option at the start of sales. Therefore, this year you can choose the mixed color option, with 13 pieces in gold and 12 in silver. The designs are carefully selected so that you can combine them in many ways and create breathtaking bicolor looks. Inspired by Hawaii's Five Elements

Hawaii is our greatest inspiration - the islands, nature, people and the ever-present Aloha spirit. Each piece of jewelry in this year's jewelry advent calendar is inspired by one of the five Hawaiian elements: Water, Earth, Air, Fire and Aloha, the unique Hawaiian element that can be felt everywhere on the islands. Our talented design team, inspired by the diverse possibilities the elements offer as inspiration, have created exquisite pieces. Selecting the final 25 designs for our Advent calendar took some time - our quality management team inspected more than 800 jewelry samples to ensure the best quality.

But our Advent calendar isn't just about jewelry designs; he is a true work of art. Our senior art director Saskia has outdone herself again this year. After over 20 samples, she has created packaging that you will love unpacking every day - as always, it can be reused as an elegant jewelry or storage box even after the festive season.

To take everything to a new level, we are thrilled to be collaborating with a talented artist on the artwork for the packaging this year. The artist Paula Stein turns the PURELEI jewelry advent calendar 2024 into a true work of art. Her designs form a harmonious symbiosis of subtle colors and flowing patterns that beautifully highlight the five Hawaiian elements. Can you recognize all five elements?
